Thanks to The New Liturgical Movement for reporting this.
It's funny that this came up, because as I was chanting the Introit and Communion Antiphons for mass last night, I noticed that the Celebrant recited other prayers as well. I thought he was using the wrong propers. Good thing that this will all be clarified!
